This painting explores the figure of the fairy as a seductive yet unsettling presence. Rather than a harmless folkloric character, the fairy is presented as an echo of ancient pagan goddesses, powerful feminine figures that were gradually diminished and relegated to folklore with the rise of Catholicism. The work reflects on the softening and erasure of female power through beauty and fantasy.

The composition features floral motifs and pastel tones that suggest gentleness while concealing a sense of unease. The acrylic paint is heavily diluted, creating translucent layers and a dreamlike atmosphere. Multicolored pencil details introduce sharper, more controlled gestures within the fluid surface, evoking traces of resistance and transformation. Through these contrasts, the painting navigates the tension between seduction, danger, and the persistence of suppressed identities.
